At MAHN K, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in a resalable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
